Supposedly conservative opinion molders are responsible for a liberal being in the lead.
Rudy Giuliani, Fred Thompson, and Mitt Romney all protrayed themselves as the most conservative Republican candidate for president. McCain has---correctly---been said to be a liberal. But the truth is that all of these men are either weak or completely liberal on the social issues of abortion and same-sex marriage, which are the most important issues presently facing our country. Giuliani was openly pro-abortion and pro-sodomy. Romney is the governor that illegally ordered state clerks to register same-sex marriages or else be fired. Yet, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Ann Coulter ignored this and backed Romney, claiming he was the most conservative, and implying or outright stating that they would not vote at all rather than vote for a liberal like McCain. Thompson and Romney both claimed to be strongly against abortion. But now they both have joined Giuliani in endorsing McCain, who is extremely weak on that issue, and has indicated in the past that he does not approve of appointing anti-abortion judges such as Alito to the Supreme Court. This shows without any shadow of doubt that none of those men truly believe that the murder of millions of unborn babies is an important issue. A vote for any of those men was a vote for liberalism. Taking Rush, Sean, or Ann's advice turned out to be support for the very liberal they said they hated. Was this by plan? or were they just so stupid they couldn't see this coming? Either way, we need to be a lot more leery of them from now on. What they have done and continue to do is treachery---willful betrayal of fidelity, confidence, or trust; perfidy. They talk like social conservatives to obtain our confidence, but then at critical times support candidates who are liberal on social issues. They pertend to be against abortion and sodomy, but refuse to support pro-life, pro-family candidates.
Why the fical-only conservatives hate Huckabee
The only candidates left with true conservative convictions are Mike Huckabee and Alan Keyes. No one can deny that they are the strongest social conservatives by miles. However, Keyes so far has won no delegates, so I'm confining this article to Huckabee, who still have a chance of becoming the Republican nominee. Huckabee is not only conservative, but also has a track record of getting conservative laws passed. He is the only candidate that actually has experience as a head of state. But Thompson, Romney, Limbaugh, Hannity, Coulter, and some of the other supposedly conservative opinion molders hate him even more than they hate McCain simply because he is part of what they with contempt call “the Christian Right,” “the Evangelicals,” the “Bible-thumpers” who actually believe the Bible is true! Rush even goes so far as to say, “I'm thinking of voting for Hillary. I'm thinking of endorsing Hillary, in fact. John McCain said she'd be a fine president.” And Ann says that she will campaign for Hillary if McCain becomes the candidate. Wow! If ever there was a person that believes just the opposite of what the Bible teaches, it is Hillary Clinton. McCain is not much different even though he claims to be. McCain is just a Democrat running as a Republican.
Of course, Thompson, Romney, Limbaugh, Hannity, and Coulter could still endorse Huckabee, who actually practices what they say they believe. But no! He is too Christian for them. No, they would rather a pro-abortion, pro-same-sex-marriage liberal become president---anybody but a sincere Christian who actually believes in Jesus and tries to live by His teachings.
In the days of Christ, the Saducees were the liberals, and the Pharisees were the “conservatives.” The Saducees straight out denied the truthfulness of the Old Testament. The Pharisees claimed to believe the Old Testament, but in reality nothing mattered to them but money and power. In spite of what they claimed, they were “fiscal” conservatives only---just like Giuliani, Thompson, Romney, Limbaugh, Hannity, and Coulter. They didn’t really, actually, care what the Bible said on “moral” issues. The Pharisees could bring an adulteress to be stoned, but they themselves were adulterers and that was ok. They hated Christ for pointing out their hypocrisy. They were the club of greed, who robbed orphans and widows to enrich themselves. The Saducees and Pharisees disagreed on basic issues and hated each other, but when it came to Christ, the Saducees and Pharisees joined together to murder Him---both groups viewing Him as a threat to their power and income. Here is what happened:
“When the morning was come, all the chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against Jesus to put him to death: and when they had bound him, they led him away, and delivered him to Pontius Pilate the governor.... Now at that feast the governor was wont to release unto the people a prisoner, whom they would. And they had then a notable prisoner, called Barabbas. Therefore when they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, Whom will ye that I release unto you? Barabbas, or Jesus which is called Christ? For he knew that for envy they had delivered him. When he was set down on the judgment seat, his wife sent unto him, saying, Have thou nothing to do with that just man: for I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of him. But the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitude that they should ask Barabbas, and destroy Jesus. The governor answered and said unto them, Whether of the twain will ye that I release unto you? They said, Barabbas. Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? They all say unto him, Let him be crucified. And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified.” (Mat.27:1-23).
Who they actually hate
It’s not actually Huckabee that the fiscal-conservative-social-liberal Republican establishment doesn’t like, but Jesus Christ. Listen with your spirit and you can hear them screaming, “Crucify Huckabee’s Christ, and give us Hillary or Obama! Crucify Jesus! Crucify Him! The stupid people are following him instead of us."
No true Christian can with clear conscience vote for super-liberal McCain. He hates Christianity and has openly reviled Christian leaders. And, because He divides the conservative base, he has no chance whatsoever of becoming president. So, it is either get behind Huckabee or else we are going to have Hillary or pro-Islam Obama ruling over us. If America would rather have pro-death, pro-sodomy, humanist Hillary or Obama than a sincere Christian, then that is what America deserves. If America wants to be another Sodom and Gomorrah or Islamic serfdom state, then America deserves a socialist Barabbas for president. Remember Waco; what happened there is nothing compared to what will be coming.
Whosoever loveth and maketh a lie
Lots of lies have been told to discredit Huckabee. That is a good sign. Jesus said, "Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets" (Mark 6:26). You owe it to your children and grandchildren to go to Mike Huckabee's website and check the facts out for yourself, instead of naively believing what Huckabee’s enemies say about him. "Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment" (John 7:24).
Says Huckabee: "I am seeking the Presidency because I care deeply about important issues facing America—Life, Marriage, the Fair Tax, the Second Amendment, American Border Security and Sovereignty. I am as committed to those issues as I ever was, and my campaigning around the country has convinced me that the majority of Republicans want me to continue to fight for these and other conservative causes. So I will. I know all about the rumors swirling around. That's why I just went on national news show this afternoon, to knock those rumors down. I am still in this race. As I have said all along, I am in this race until someone gets to 1,191 delegates. That has not happened yet, and so I will keep campaigning for the Republican nomination. Period. That’s my ironclad commitment to my supporters."
Mike Huckabee is more conservative than Ronald Reagan
The liberal media and the socially liberal Republican establishment fear Huckabee. Had Thompson and Romney not split the conservative vote, Huckabee would most likely already have those 1,191 delegates. That is why they are refusing to give him news coverage right now. Let there be a debate now between Huckabee and McCain so that the masses hear Huckabee's message, and McCain will lose in the remaining states by a landslide, and they know it. Because...
Mick Huckabee's conservatism is all encompassing
Mike Huckabee’s conservatism is not limited to being pro-life and pro-traditional family, but is all encompassing. In every area he is more conservative than any other candidate.
Huckabee has the best, most conservative plan for the economy.
When he became governor of Arkansas the state was two hundred million dollars in the red. As governor he lead in extensive repairs of roads and parks, which brought tourist dollars into the state. He also did much to improve education. He left the state eight hundred million dollars in the black. Look also at how efficient he has been with his campaign, not going into debt, and winning more votes per dollar than any other candidate. His support of the Fair Tax (not actually his idea---see the Fair Tax website for extensive information) would undoubtedly cause the U.S. economy to skyrocket. It is an amazingly sound economic plan developed by economists.
Huckabee has the best, most conservative plan for health care.
It is NOT a socialist plan as has been implied by some of the talk show hosts. Far from it. It is the most conservative health care plan being presented by any candidate. He says, “The health care system in this country is irrevocably broken, in part because it is only a "health care" system, not a "health" system. We don't need universal health care mandated by federal edict or funded through ever-higher taxes. We do need to get serious about preventive health care instead of chasing more and more dollars to treat chronic disease, which currently gobbles up 80% of our health care costs, and yet is often avoidable. The result is that we'll be able to deliver better care where and when it's needed.” Read the details here: [Huckabee's Health Care Plan]
Huckabee would make the best commander in Chief.
We are presently involved in a religious war. The war in Iraq and the war against terror are against wrong religious beliefs of Islamo-facists. It is a war of ideas against ideas. Bullets alone cannot win that kind of war. Instead the wrong ideas must be shot down---not with bullets, but with correct ideas clearly presented. It takes a theologian to understand such an enemy. Huckabee is a theologian, and is the only person running capable of doing this.
Huckabee loves Israel more than any other candidate---the conservative stand.
He understands that support for Israel is essential for us to have God’s blessings upon our country.
Huckabee has the strongest, most conservative stand against illegal immigration of all the candidates.
On January 16, 2008 Governor Huckabee signed the Numbers USA: No Amnesty Pledge. You can’t take a much stronger stand than that.
Huckabee takes the strongest stand on the Second Ammendment guaranteed right to keep and bear arms.
He has never wavered on this issue.
Huckabee is the least like Jimmy Carter of all the candidates.
In fact, Huckabee is the exact opposite of Jimmy Carter. Jimmy Carter was and is a liberal---all of his basic beliefs are in opposition to what the Bible says. People who say Huckabee is like Jimmy Carter just don’t know what they are talking about, or else they are just lying to discredit him.
Huckabee is the candidate least likely to be a theocrat.
He did not try to force his religion on people while he was governor of Arkansas, so why should we think he will do so as president? On the other hand, most of the other candidates are intent on forcing their atheist humanist religion---with its murder of unborn babies and sodomy--- upon everyone in the USA by force of law.
The Bible defines conservatism.
Christ was the ultimate---the perfect---conservative. If a person doesn’t like Christ and His teachings, then that person is a liberal. McCain has no chance of becoming president because he is an 85% liberal and only 15% conservative. True conservatives will not vote for him because he is far too liberal; we will just let him lose, like we let liberal Bob Dole lose. (Dole’s endorement of McCain further confirms McCain to be a liberal.) Liberals will not vote for him because he is not liberal enough. McCain doesn't have a chance. Being endorsed by liberal George ("read my lips, No new taxes") H.W. Bush (who immediately raised taxes upon becoming president, and was Reagan’s biggest mistake) further yet confirms McCain's liberalism. The only hope America has for a truly conservative president is Mike Huckabee. Huckabee is not just conservative; he is even more conservative than was Ronald Reagan was. He is the best choice we have had for president in my lifetime. Is he perfect? No, he isn't Jesus. But he is a lot closer to being like Jesus than the other candidates---that is certain.
Mike Huckabee has the best chance of winning against Hillary or Obama
Huckabee knows more about the Clintons than anyone, having successfully fought the Clinton machine in Arkansas. Huckabee's oratorical skills surpass those of Obama. Huckabee has convictions. He is not just saying things to get votes. He is willing to suffer for what he believes. That genuineness is evident, just like McCain's insincerity is evident.
Huckabee has both youth and experience
As previously stated, Huckabee is the only candidate who actually has experience as head of a government. He was governor of Arkansas for ten and a half years. He turned the state around. Before the primary, I read articles saying that the people of Arkansas hated him, and that he would lose there by a landslide. What a lie! Instead, he won by a landslide! He was great for Arkansas, and he will be great for the U.S.A. He is a man of great wisdom and experience.
But in addition to all that experience, Huckabee is still in his prime. He lives a healthy displined life. He is not likely to die during a crisis, just when we need wise and firm leadership the most.
Huckabee is a man of character
He is still married to his first and only wife. He stayed with her and supported her when she had cancer. He opposes murder and sodomy. He doesn't smoke or drink or curse. He tries to live his life in submission to Christ. Character still matters. In contrast, McCain has a filthy mouth, deserted his first wife when she was sick, and has a notorious reputation as a party animal. He married into wealth from the beer company owned by his father-in-law.
Why not Ron Paul?
On more thing needs to be said: a vote for Ron Paul is also a vote for liberalism against Christianity. For a detailed article explaining why, see: Why I Support Mike Huckabee Instead of Ron Paul For President. This article also explains why Christians are in immediate danger of losing their freedom of speech.

Bluntly said, we stand in immediate danger of losing our freedom of speech if the people of Texas and Ohio vote wrong. There is not a second to lose. Please send this article on to all your friends.
